Driven by a new brand idea, 'Sunny food, golden mood', the identity and architecture of the new Cala restaurants aim to be warm, sunny, and caring.Recently established in Parisian business districts, this identity, more mature than the previous one, also accompanies an upgrade in the dishes and the ambition to attract a more affluent clientele.
